Lord, your Word tells us that you bring out your own sheep, and you go before them, and the sheep follow you, for they know your voice. Help me to hear and know your voice, O Lord. I want to quiet myself to anything except you. Jesus, I am reminded that you call us your friends and that the things you hear from your Father you make known to us. O Lord, help me to live as your friend always. Amen.
